He is Risen!

The ransom was great.

The rescue was greater.

We celebrate this holiday because the sin that caused our unraveling in the garden was restored by our Savior on the cross.

We were captives to our sins. But Jesus’ sacrifice put an end to that prison when His words echoed into eternity. “It is finished.”

Hell couldn’t hold Him. The grave couldn’t hold Him. For even in the darkest tomb, Jesus claimed His victory over the enemy, pouring in the light of eternal life when He rolled that stone away.

He took the suffering in our place.

Yet it’s His victory we can claim as our own.

From the team at Embracing Brokenness Ministries, we wish you a very happy Easter celebrating these truths and the victory you can walk in.

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45
