Prison Ministry

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’

Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’

And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” (Matthew 28:35-40 ESV)

At Embracing Brokenness Ministries, we are on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of those marginalized in society, with a particular focus on Prison Ministry. Our commitment goes beyond the conventional, as we strive to embrace and support individuals who find themselves in challenging circumstances.

Prison Ministry Teaching Series

One of our core initiatives involves the development and delivery of a thoughtfully crafted teaching series. This series, regularly presented at our county prison, serves as a beacon of hope and guidance. Through engaging sessions, we address various aspects of personal development, spirituality, and resilience in this series we call Identity Matters. Our goal is to inspire transformation and provide tools for individuals to navigate their journeys toward positive change and a deeper relationship with God.

Individualized Support

Recognizing the unique needs of each individual, we take seriously our one-on-one interactions with inmates. Whether it’s a listening ear, guidance on personal challenges, or spiritual support, our dedicated team is committed to meeting the diverse needs that arise within the prison community. We understand the power of personalized connections in fostering healing and growth.

Our Vision

At EBM we envision a world where every person, regardless of their past, is given the opportunity for redemption, growth, and a brighter future. Through our commitment to Prison Ministry, we aim to break down barriers, offering a pathway to hope, healing, and restoration.
