A New Year, A New Yes | The Mid-Week Memo | December 31, 2025

“Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth—do you not perceive it?” Isaiah 43:19 (ESV)

As we stand on the threshold of a new year, we find ourselves looking back with gratitude and ahead with expectancy. God has been faithful—again. Not just in the mountaintop moments, but in the quiet ones. The hidden ones. The ones you didn’t know if you’d make it through, yet here you are.

Tonight isn’t about making resolutions that fade by February. It’s about remembering the One who never fades, never changes, and never loses sight of your restoration story.

This past year we’ve watched God restore hearts, rewrite stories, surprise us with grace, and call many of you deeper into healing and identity. We’ve seen chains loosen, hope return, and peace settle into places that once held only fear.

If you’re reading this, you made it through things you once thought would undo you. And God is not done—far from it.

As you cross the line into 2026, consider this your invitation to say a fresh yes to His work in you:

  • Yes to healing that takes courage.
  • Yes to intimacy with Jesus over striving.
  • Yes to freedom where there once was bondage.
  • Yes to restoration in places long dismissed.
  • Yes to the hope that the world cannot give or take away.

There’s a new chapter unfolding—not because the calendar turns, but because the Spirit is still moving, still speaking, still forming Christ in you. What you carry into this next year matters. Who you are becoming matters. And the story God is telling through your life is far from finished.

From both of us—thank you for walking with us, for trusting us with your story, and for being part of this beautiful, broken, redeemed community.

May the year ahead be marked by deeper freedom, clearer identity, and surprising joy.
He is making all things new—even now.

And that’s the mid-week memo.

With love and hope,
Steve & Colleen
